About Us

My name is Torrey Bolden, and I have been a Targeted Individual for over two decades. It all began in Philadelphia and continued to affect me when I relocated to New Jersey. As many of you are aware, enduring such experiences can be incredibly challenging. However, it hasn't diminished my inherent kindness and my love for people. In other words, it hasn't broken my spirit.

I established this group with a specific focus on fostering a sense of community. Communities form around various shared interests and experiences, and while our circumstances may have brought us together under unfortunate circumstances, we have the power to make the most of it within our own circle. This means we can extend a warm and welcoming hand to one another, emphasizing our shared humanity, especially in a world where there are forces that aim to dehumanize us.

While it's okay to express your frustrations within this group, our primary objective is to find joy in our sense of community. 

Are you planning an event, celebrating a birthday, or observing a holiday? Would you consider inviting fellow TIs to join you in building connections and friendships in your area? Do you possess something that another TI might need? Why not consider selling, donating, or trading it? Are you offering a living space for rent or aware of job opportunities that could benefit someone in the group? Or are you simply looking to build meaningful friendships, which could potentially blossom into something more? This is what our TI STREET community is all about!
